William Tracy Harris and his wife Lori reside in their hometown of Texarkana, Arkansas. They have four children and five grandchildren. Each of their four children are all serving in the ministry, along with their spouses. Tracy and Lori are the Founders of Harvest International Ministries, and Harvest International Ministerial Association. They are also the Founders and Pastors of The Family Word Church in Texarkana, Arkansas.

He and Lori are also members of the World Ministry Fellowship, having previously served on the executive board and ladies executive board for almost 20 years. Tracy was honored by Outstanding Young Men of America, Who’s Who Worldwide, and the Who’s Who Registry of Global Business Leaders.

Tracy Harris as a teenager had a burning desire to know God more intently, and dedicate his life to Him. As He prayed one night, Suddenly, He was there, and the whole room filled with God’s presence. He spoke to Tracy out of Hebrews 13:8 that He is still the same yesterday, today, and forever. He called him into the full-time ministry, and made him to know that there has never been a day of miracles, but there has always been a God of miracles.

These last 30 plus years, the call of God has taken Tracy and Lori to thirty nations of the earth. They have watched Jesus work miracles around the world. They have ministered on crusade platforms, in prisons, by television and radio, through printed page, through internet, in Bible schools, and church pulpits. The anointing in the meetings brings people to a collision with the power of God. The prophetic edge and the anointing for miracles are predominant in every service. Tracy and Lori love the local church, and are known as Pastors to Pastors, and they understand the depth, commitment, honor, and value of the pastoral office.

One of Tracy and Lori’s primary assignments is to minister to ministers. They love preachers, and view it as their highest honor and privilege to minister to them. Tracy and Lori’s dream comes true, when their dream comes true. The Body of Christ is about to enter the greatest demonstration of the glory of God that this world has ever known. God has raised them up as one of the couples called to equip the Body of Christ for Its destiny, and to help God’s people race toward the glory. Their heart is that you will experience Jesus’ great miracle working, restoring power in your life, as they continue to fulfill His assignment.
